WebOct 24, 2016 · The backplate got some white paint and the fans red, I used the same painting techniques as for the cooler, except the fans that only got red paint. Graphics card also done! I think the cooler, graphics card and motherboard really works good together now and it all fits better together in the build. WebJan 31, 2016 · DO NOT paint the backplate, fan, cooling fins, or PCB. The black plastic on the front around the fan is paintable. Use high heat spray paint, after removing the shroud. If you need to RMA it, they will charge you for a new shroud, but nothing else (As long as the paint wasnt what killed the card. Just only paint the plastic after taking it off)
