Web15 feb. 2024 · Duck hepatitis (DH) is a complex disease syndrome caused by several viruses including duck hepatitis A virus (subtypes 1, 2 and 3, i.e. DHAV-1, -2 and -3), duck hepatitis B virus (DHBV) and duck hepatitis virus types 2 and 3. DH is a severe infection of ducklings, characterized by rapid onset of high mortality, opisthotonos and hepatitis.
