WebDon't worry. It's hard to jump in a prolonged fast in one go. What worked for me is those baby steps. Every other day fasts, slowly cutting down on sugars and calories, then 48's. If you prepare yourself for a prolonged fast, keto diets works for me, so my body does have food, but doesn't rely on glucose anymore and is already used to ketones.
