Lord Alexaeos and Lady Ursula run the show, and they have their 6 children, Dominic, Marcus, Robert, Victoria, Gloria and Vincent. They own all of Old New Henford. I can't speak of The Sims 4, but I can definitely say The Sims 3 will allow you to own multiple community lots as businesses, but when you switch households, things can get a bit buggy.
